Exchanges & Returns
At this time, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final unless noted otherwise.
If your item arrives damaged, we will process an exchange for the same item. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit. Please contact us within 14 days of the date of purchase to request an exchange for a defective or damaged product. Before processing your exchange, we will ask that you return the defective or damaged item to us. You will be responsible for your own shipping expenses to return such item. Upon receipt and inspection of such item, you will be notified via email of your exchange and/or store credit.
